Do you often have dreams during sleeping? Have you had a bad dream before? ;What was the strangest dream you’ve had?
“ Well to be honest, hardly can I remember anything happened in my dreams” . as much as 95% of all dreams are quickly forgotten by the time a person gets out of bed. Just because you don’t remember dreaming doesn’t mean you’re not doing it!! All right then, please let me tell you more facts about dreams
according to some research, everyone dreams between 3-6 times per night, each dream lasts between a few seconds to even 30 minutes. Quite a long time!!! However, it is really hard to remember any of your dreams. This is probably because you’re not concentrating on them while you’re snoozing. (=to sleep lightly for a short time). Anyway, if you do want to keep your dreams from leaving your mind as soon as you wake up, you could think about making a dream journal by your bed so you can jot down everything quickly, maybe just some vague images or snippets (= a small piece of news, information, or conversation) of your dreams. Now, you could give it a try if you want to.
the 1st one
if you’ve had a dream where you’ve been in an accident, this suggests that you feel powerless (无能为力)about something in your life. For example
the 2nd one
if you’ve ever had a dream where you’ve been lost in a maze, or you’ve been trapped in a box or some sort of other structures where you can’t move, it means that you’re facing or you’re going to face a difficult decision in your life that you don’t want to make or feel like you can’t make. For example
the 3rd One
There’s always been a kind of dreams that most of us have had at some point in our lives. These are the dreams where you’re either falling or you’re drowning in water, what they represent is a feeling of insecurity or lack of support in your life.
