这15个题目选择的标准，基本上是从内容角度出发的，也就是说，本身都是比较常规的话题，都是各个类别题目的“基本款”。更重要的是，论证过程中会用到大量的语言素材，这些语言素材在同类别的其他题目中也会用到，所以首先完成这些题目，有助于快速上手，同时有助于素材积累。

C11T04：经济发展是不是最重要的目标

类别：society

提问方式：discuss both views

Many governments think that economic progress is their most important goal. Some people, however, think that other types of progress are equally important for a country. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

与“政府”有关的话题，一般来说相对宏观，所以写作过程中需要尽量具体化，通过例证来避免语言单薄。同时，题目表述中出现了“their most important goal”，属于绝对词，因此在文中会对“economic progress”和“other types of progress”进行对比，这一过程中就用到“经济”之外的内容，从而扩展了素材类别。

C10T04：犯罪行为增加的原因及解决

类别：crime     

提问方式：problem and solution   

In many countries, the amount of crime is increasing. What do you think are the main causes of crime? How can we deal with those causes?

与“crime”有关的话题会从不同角度进行提问，而本题属于非常直来直去的问法，并没有增加太多的限定条件，因此非常适合作为入门级题目，对于原因的分析和解决方案的建议，也会适用于其他类似话题。

C10T03：由于购买购买同样的产品国家间越来越相似

类别：society   

提问方式：advantages and disadvantages

Countries are becoming more and more similar because people are able to buy the same products anywhere in the world. Do you think this is a positive or negative development?

本题有三个核心信息，“countries are becoming more and more similar”, "people are able to buy the same products anywhere in the world"以及因果关系“because”, 无论是从前两个核心信息分别展开，还是展开解决这类题目描述中带有因果关系的题目，都会对以后的备考起到比较重要的作用。

09T03：改善公民健康的最佳方式是增加体育设施

类别：society   

提问方式：discuss both views

Some people say that the best way to improve public health is by increasing the number of sports facilities. Others, however, say that this would have little effect on public health and that other measures are required. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

与“health”和“sports”相关的话题，也会有各种变化，积累基本的表达和常用的理由也是必要的。此外，本题中出现了绝对化表达“the best way to impove public health”, 在写作时，需要将“increasing the number of sports facilities”和“other measures”进行比较，同时给出自己的观点。

C08T04：体重增加健康水平下降的原因及解决 

类别：society   

提问方式：problem andsolution   

In some countries the average weight of people is increasing and their levels of health and fitness are decreasing. What do you think are the causes of these problems and what measures could be taken to solve them?

本题依然是与“health”，“fitness”有关的话题，需要注意的是题目表述中出现了并列关系，此外本题的提问方式也非常适合积累写作素材，这些素材可以同样用于其他同类型题目。

C08T02：由于科技人们的交流方式发生了改变

类别：technology, media

提问方式：other types

Nowadays the waymany people interact with each other has changed because of technology. In what ways has technology affected the types of relationships people make? Has this become a positive or negative development?

本题属于“technology”类别的“基本款”，写作中需要具体分析可以如何影响“the way many people interact with each other”，同时需要注意本题的提问部分共有两个问题，都问的比较具体，分别进行回答和解释就可以。

C07T03：工作满意度的影响因素

类别：concept 

提问方式：other types    

As most peoplespend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual wellbeing. What factors contribute to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers?

与工作有关的话题中，“job satisfaction”和“job stability”都是基本概念，本题主要针对工作满意度，需要具体分析哪些因素影响工作满意度，也就是积累了大量与“job”有关的表达，同时也需要注意本题有两处提问，需要分别回答。

C07T01：体育和音乐等技能是天赋还是后天学习

类别：education     

提问方式：discuss both views

It is generally believed that some people are born with certain talents, for instance for sportor music, and others are not. However, it is sometimes claimed that any childcan be taught to become a good sports person or musician. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

本题涉及到两个常见的考点，一是“先天后天”，二是“体育音乐等技能”，所以涉及到的语料会比较丰富，在回答与这两个话题有关的题目时也会使用到。

C06T03：游客遵循其他国家的习俗和行为

类别：culture   

提问方式：discuss both views

Some peoplebelieve that visitors to other countries should follow local customs and behaviour. Others disagree and think that the host country should welcome cultural differences.

本题属于“culture”类别题目的“基本款”，问游客遵循其他国家的习俗规定，还是应当让该国迎合游客，从游客的角度或者国家的角度展开都可以，同时也可以进行举例。

C06T02：成功的运动员是否应当比其他人收入高

类别：employment  

提问方式：discuss both views       

Successful sports professionals can earn a great deal more money than people in other important professions. Some people think this is fully justified while others think it isunfair. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

本题涉及到不同职业间的对比问题，准备的时候也可以积累到不同职业的付出和贡献，题目聚焦在sports professionals这个人群，所以必然需要针对这个人群进行集中讨论，相对是比较容易上手的。

C06T01：商品销量反映了广告的作用而非社会的真实需求

类别：society   

提问方式：agree or disagree  

Today, the high sales of popular consumer goods reflect the power of advertising and not the real needs of the society in which they are sold. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

“advertising”是很受考试青睐的话题，提问的方式也可以很多样，本题是从商品销量增加的角度来考查，需要关注的是，论述销量增加和广告之间的关系，并且需要给出自己的观点。

C05T04：先天因素对性格和发展的影响是否更大

类别：concept  

提问方式：other types    

Research indicates that the characteristics we are born with have much more influence on our personality and development than any experiences we may have in our life. Which do you consider to be the major influence?

本题属于比较典型的针对“先天后天”因素进行考查的题目，准备过程中可以分别针对“the characteristics we are born with”和“experiences we have in our life”进行论述，积累素材，并且给出自己的观点。

C05T02：学生是否应当在高中和大学之间工作或旅行一年

类别：education     

提问方式：discuss both views    

In some countries young people are encouraged to work or travel for a year between finishing highschool and starting university studies. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages for young people who decide to do this.

本题问到“gap year”的问题，同时也提到了“work or travel”两个选择，需要对“advantage and disadvantages”分别进行分析，剑桥雅思真题集中也给出了非常适合学习的范文，比较适合积累各种写作语言。

C04T04；学生行为的严重问题原因及解决题

类别：education     

提问方式：problem andsolution   

很多国家学生行为有严重的问题

In many countries, schools have severe problems with student behaviour. What do you think are the causes of this? What solutions can you suggest?

本题是“education”类话题中非常“接地气”的一道，直接问的是校园话题，关于“student behavior”，会用到各种描述具体不良行为的说法，同时对形成这些问题的原因和具体的解决建议都要进行论述， 非常适合积累基本语料。

C04T02：如何定义幸福 幸福的影响因素是什么

类别：concept  

提问方式：other types

Happiness is considered very important in life. Why is it difficult to define? What factors are important in achieving happiness?

本题是针对抽象概念进行提问的经典问题：“happiness”。除了引用各种对“happiness”的说法之外，在各个类别话题中用到的语料，也可以考虑是否可以经过改写适合于这类问题。而这道题目本身是非常值得一写的，既是为了学习，也是为了有所思考。
