         高薪岗位就像是职场的风向标,虽然瞬息万变但的确影响着很多人。从这个榜单中不难看出,金融、电子工程、公共关系、医生、律师、房地产、保险、营销等行业的高级人才依然享有较高的薪酬待遇,其中经纪人(Brokers)£133,677每年赚的最多,金融行业高薪岗位仍然占据重要位置。

  其实,不仅是在英国,国内的金融行业薪酬也一直领先与其他行业。

         金融学专业在很多人看来,即深奥又神秘。其实金融学本是一门来自生活的科学。从基金股票到外汇期货,从利率调整到物价上涨,从买房贷款到百姓存款,到处都有金融学的影子。

  从整体上看,金融行业职业前景普遍看好,但根据实际就业情况看,两极分化比较严重,据大数据的观察统计发现,知名院校的金融学硕士,如果导师影响力较大,在校期间注重实践,同时研究功底比较深厚,刚出校门拿到10万以上年薪者,不在少数。

         无论是本科毕业,还是硕士毕业,金融学专业毕业生总体上的就业方向有经济分析预测、对外贸易、市场营销、管理等,如果能获得一些资格认证,就业面会更广,就业层次也更高端,待遇也更好,比如特许金融分析师(CFA)、金融风险管理师(FRM)、特许财富管理师(CWM)、基金经理、精算师、证券经纪人、股票分析师等。

  有发展前景的行业与高薪岗位,终将成为最激烈的竞技场。想要成为金字塔中的上层人物,了解行业趋势,拥有名校的学术背景,过硬的专业知识,注重有效的实习实践,都将是成功的必经之路,缺一不可。
